Directions for Use

Daily intake to be determined by a healthcare professional.

1. See table below for serving size.
2. Invert bottle several times to mix powder.
3. Open bottle and measure the number of level, unpacked scoops of powder needed.
4. Mix powder into moist foods, purees or thickened liquids.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, reseal bottle and use within 60 days.
